  WED. NIGHT RUN CANCELED FOR DEC. 14 The Wednesday night run for Dec. 14 is canceled, since we'll all be watching UNBREAKABLE at Screenland Armour in Kansas City. It's the story of the classic 2010 Western States 100-Mile Endurance, in which we've had members participate in 2010 and other years. When: Wednesday at 6:30 PM

Where: Meet at the trailhead for the Clinton Lake North Shore Trail system. Just past the Corps of Engineers building. At the first parking lot on the right. Bring a light, it gets dark on the trails!

Details: We will run about 4.5 to 12 miles on technical trail. Sometimes go out for dinner after. Don't forget to bring water. When the days get shorter, in Fall and Winter, we'll need to bring lights, too. Run times and locations sometimes change on short notice. Always e-mail the run leader to check time and location before coming out for runs.
